CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Unfortunately they really hurt our business. Please call us with at least a 48 hour notice to give us a chance to fill that appointment time. For first time color or chemical services in the Salon and for all Day Spa services, your reservation must be held with a credit card or gift card number. Those canceling with less than 48 hours notice for a service(s), or not showing, will be charged half the value of the missed service(s).
SPA/SALON REMINDERS
• We love children as much as you, but for the atmosphere of relaxation to exist, children are not allowed in the Day Spa. In the hair salon you must be responsible for your children’s behavior. Loud, crying or running children (no matter how adorable) tend to disturb other clients.
• The following services are not recommended for pregnant woman: fassage, all wraps, any other body treatments, or steam showers.
• Massage is not recommended for anyone on Coumadin or other blood thinners.
• Throughout your body treatments you are covered as much as possible to respect your privacy. Inappropriate actions or language is cause for termination of service at full cost of the service to you. Please respect our therapists.
• For your safety, we have the finest sterilizing systems.
• We try hard to run on time. Please help us by coming to your appointments at the correct time so that our next clients will not have to wait. Late arrivals will finish at the scheduled time while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged.
• We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
• When having a chemical service, we ask that you wear the smocks provided for your protection.
• We are a team and if you would like to try your next service with another member of our staff, feelings will not be hurt. Please feel free to try all members of our staff.
• We ask that you schedule several appointments ahead to ensure the time and day you need.
• Our business is your pleasure. If you have any suggestions to help us do our job better, please let us know. Your opinions are always welcome.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash value. We are not responsible for lost gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Prices on this website are subject to change.
• Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can begin your relaxing Spa experience without tension.
• After one year, service prices are subject to change. Gift cards/certificates will then be honored for the dollar value.
